GOLF FITNESS: CONNESSIONE AL TERRENO - CONNECTION TO THE GROUND

Buon fitness e buon golf!!!

The correct swing starts from below, right? How many times did we listen this sentence...? In the Golf Digest video tutorial is shown how to develop balance starting from a specific fitness of the feet. Interesting!!! Let's try.
Exercises: take off the shoes, start to move your weight from the front of the feet to the heels, up and down. Go on with a stretching exercise for the sole of the foot and then a balance exercise on one leg, as shown in the video. Go on the course and always without shoes begin to swing with a wedge, feeling the contact with the ground, developing a better perception of it. Happy fitness for a better golf!!!

CONNESSIONE TRA BRACCIA E CORPO - CONNECTION BETWEEN BODY AND ARMS

GOLF TIPS BY TPI: GIOCO CORTO - SHORT GAME

GOLF FITNESS ACADEMY BY TPI TV - ADAM SCOTT

Sunday I played with a friend, a golfer much better then me (hcp 7,3). The first 5 holes I usually missed the greens by some meters, but they were situations I could save it with a good approach and one putt (up & down, right?). No way...always two putts...because the approach was to far from the hole.  At the 6, I was really frustrated and confused and my friend gave me a couple of tips to play better this situation, ball on the right, closer to my feet and swing like the putt...easy... Since that moment I played positively, doing lots more one putts. Then, back at home, I've watched the video by Golf Digest about the chipping, this fundamental golf shot.
