L'idea è venuta a qualcuno e negli USA è già un fenomeno di successo, tanto che hanno vinto il premio come Best Product alla Fiera PGA di Orlando nel 2014.
Nasce la GOLFBOARD, che ha come consulente e designer Laird Hamilton, golfista appassionato ma soprattutto leggenda del surf, che coniuga il principio della tavola da surf, dello skate-board e la necessità di spostarsi in campo con la sacca da golf.
L'utilizzo è semplice e intuitivo e sembra anche molto divertente. Ci sono diverse modalità di utilizzo, come si vede nel video, a seconda degli accessori che si possono abbinare.
